Distance Reiki can be sent to anyone who is not in close contact with the Reiki practitioner and is just as effective as those who receive it in person, being a non-touch form of energy healing that is channeled from the practitioner to the client.
The simplest way to understand its effectiveness is not only through the experience of receiving it in this way, but also in understanding that an in-person Reiki session is done through non-touch, as is Distance Reiki.

Remote sessions are very much like in person sessions. Sharon contacts you beforehand to determine your goals and priorities. You can go about your business as usual if needed, or relax and be mindful of the experience, while you connect with her over phone/video. You will experience the session in the same way as you would if you were at her office, by feeling the energy in the same capacity (tingling, heat, pressure, etc.).
Often sessions are deeper as the conscious mind does not interfere or sabotage a session, being in the comfort of your own space.
